The service offers five main plan tiers: Spark, Ember, Flame, Fire, and Molten. Each plan includes hosted server resources with varying amounts of RAM, CPU threads, NVMe storage, daily backups, and a dedicated IP address. Pricing starts from approximately ₱896.00 per month for the Spark plan and increases based on resource allocation. These are not one-time purchases-they renew automatically every month until you cancel.
Most importantly: Empower Servers' terms clearly state that "your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription." There is no minimum commitment period, but there is also no free trial option published on their site.
What you're paying for each month
Your monthly invoice covers the base server plan you selected, which includes unlimited player slots, dedicated RAM, CPU threads, unmetered NVMe disk space, automatic daily backups, and a free dedicated IP address. The higher plans (Ember, Flame, Fire, Molten) simply offer more resources for heavier workloads.
Here is where refund confusion starts: any add-ons you purchase separately-such as domain registrations, mod installs, plugin installs, extra backups, or additional dedicated IPs-are treated as non-refundable items. If you paid for extras, your refund will exclude those add-on charges. Only the base plan subscription may be eligible for refund depending on Empower Servers' refund policy and how far into your billing cycle you cancel.

Users typically cancel Empower Servers for four reasons: the server is no longer needed, the monthly cost exceeds the budget, they've migrated to another host, or automatic billing continued after they thought they had cancelled.
