Any price revision will be notified 1 month before it takes effect.
The Client may cancel before this date.
Article 6 – Description of Services
The Services include:
- creation, drafting and customization of letters via templates or AI;
- electronic transmission of mail to the recipient, accompanied by cryptographic timestamping attesting to the date and time of dispatch;
- certification of each sending by recording its digital fingerprint (hash) on a public blockchain, guaranteeing the integrity, traceability and non-modifiable nature of the transmitted mail;
- generation and provision to the Client of a digital proof certificate including the timestamp, document hash, blockchain transaction identifier and delivery receipt to the recipient, where applicable;
- availability of the service to more than 180 countries.
Stopee retains all proof elements (certificates, hashes, timestamps, dispatch logs) for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
The Services offered by Stopee do not constitute registered mail within the postal meaning, nor qualified electronic registered mail within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 ("eIDAS"). They constitute certified digital mail whose probative value falls under the regime of free evidence.
The AI agent does not constitute legal advice. The Client remains solely responsible for the content of their letters.
Article 7 – Validation and production
Any validation of a File by the Client constitutes final agreement and triggers production.
No modification or cancellation is possible after validation.
Any errors in content, address or format are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Article 8 – Transmission and certification of digital mail
Mail is transmitted exclusively by electronic means. Stopee does not perform any printing, enveloping, postage or postal delivery.
Each piece of mail transmitted through Stopee is subject to:
- cryptographic timestamping attesting to the exact date and time of dispatch;
- generation of a unique digital fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of the document, guaranteeing its integrity;
- recording of this fingerprint on a public blockchain, giving the sending a non-modifiable, traceable and verifiable character by any third party;
- provision of a digital proof certificate containing all of these elements (timestamp, hash, blockchain transaction identifier, sender identity, recipient).
The Client may, where applicable, request the generation of an electronic delivery receipt attesting to the availability of the mail to the recipient.
The proof elements thus constituted may be produced in court under the regime of free evidence, it being recalled that they do not confer on the mail the legal value of postal registered mail or qualified electronic registered mail within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation.
Transmission to the recipient is near-instantaneous. Consultation or response times by the recipient cannot be guaranteed by Stopee.
Article 9 – Delivery times

For the rest of the world, delivery times may be longer depending on local postal networks.
