Stopee subscription terms
What the Stopee subscription costs, when it renews, how to stop it in four ways, and what your 14-day withdrawal right covers.
1. What this page is, and what it is not
Last updated: 14 May 2026.
Everything that governs a subscription taken out on https://www.stopee.com is gathered here, in one place and in ordinary words. It stands apart from the Refund Policy, the General Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, and repeats none of them. A link sits in the footer of each page, so you can return to it whenever you want.
2. What the subscription gives you
Stopee is operated by Stopee Solutions Limited (C 114787), a company incorporated under Maltese law (C114711) with its registered office at .
Your subscription lets you send as many cancellation letters as you need. Each one goes out as digital registered mail, certified and timestamped, with its proof recorded on blockchain, and can be sent to or from over 180 countries. No cap applies to the number of sends.
3. What you pay, and when we take it
3.1 The two phases
| Phase | Amount | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Initial trial | $1.85 | A trial of 48 hours counted from registration, with every feature of the service open to you. |
| Recurring subscription | $100.94 / month | Charged automatically once the 48 hours after registration have run out, then on the same date each month. |
| Professional recurring subscription | $203.94 / month | Charged automatically once the 48 hours after registration have run out, then on the same date each month. |
Every price you see includes the applicable taxes. The VAT rate used is the one of your own country of residence, as the European rules on electronically supplied services require.
3.2 How the money is taken
We debit whatever you saved at registration: a card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or another accepted payment method. By registering it, you authorise Stopee to take the amounts above on the dates above.
3.3 If the price goes up
Stopee may change its prices. You will be told by email, in writing, no less than 30 days ahead of the date the new price applies, and you may cancel at no cost before then.
4. We write to you before and after every charge
Three emails are automatic, and you do not have to ask for them:
- on registration, a confirmation that restates the date of your first charge at $100.94;
- 7 days before the trial ends, a reminder giving the exact date of that first charge and how to cancel before it;
- after every monthly charge, a confirmation carrying the invoice and a link through to customer service.
5. How to cancel
You can stop the subscription at any moment, free of charge, with no minimum term to serve. Four routes are open to you, and all four count equally:
- in your customer area on https://www.stopee.com, section "My subscription", button "Cancel my subscription"; this is processed on the spot;
- by email to [email protected], quoting the email address on the account;
- by Stopee digital registered mail addressed to the customer service of Stopee Solutions Limited (C 114787); one send is free from your customer area for exactly this purpose.
The tool you use to cancel other people's subscriptions can be used to cancel ours, and that send costs you nothing.
6. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation is effective as soon as it reaches us. Nothing further is debited after that date.
Your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no pro rata repayment of that period, except in the situations listed in the Refund Policy.
Written confirmation is sent by email in every case, within 24 hours at most, stating the effective date and the day your access ends.
7. Your 14-day withdrawal right, and when it stops applying
If you live in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU gives you 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty to pay.
Use the withdrawal form in your customer area, or tell us in any other written form: email, post, or a Stopee digital registered mail.
There is one exception, and it matters. Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the matching provisions elsewhere in the EU, the right of withdrawal falls away where the service has been performed in full before the 14 days are up, with your express agreement and your express waiver of that right. Stopee asks you for that waiver explicitly on each digital registered mail you send during the trial period, so you know each time what you are giving up.
8. If a payment fails
A failed debit sets off a fixed sequence:
- a second attempt on the same payment method within 3 days;
- an email asking you to update your payment details;
- temporary suspension of access after 7 days without payment;
- cancellation of the subscription, automatic, once 14 days have passed without payment, and carrying no fee or penalty for you.
You owe nothing beyond the last month actually billed.
9. Where to take a question or a complaint
Stopee Solutions Limited (C 114787), Customer Service, . Email: [email protected]. Replies average 24 business hours.
If a dispute is still unresolved after that, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, which costs you nothing: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10. Taking a subscription means accepting this page
Subscribing to Stopee is acceptance of these Subscription Terms in full. They are put in front of you again before each payment and accepted by ticking an explicit box.
A copy travels with your registration confirmation email, and the current version is always in your customer area.
