Stopee subscription terms: billing, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal.

1. Subscription overview

Stopee is a digital registered mail service operated by Stopee Solutions Limited (C114787), a Maltese law company (C114711), whose registered office is located at 26 THE FORUM OFFICE, TRIQ L- UQIJA, SWIEQI, SWQ 2335, Malta. The Stopee subscription provides access to unlimited sending of digital registered mail, certified, timestamped and recorded on blockchain, to and from more than 180 countries.


2. Pricing and billing

2.1 — Pricing structure Stopee offers subscription plans structured in two phases: Period: Initial trial Amount: SGD 1,36 Description: 48-hour trial period from registration. Provides access to all service features. Period: Recurring subscription Amount: SGD 73,99 / month Description: Automatically charged after 48 hours following registration, then every month on the same date. Period: Professional recurring subscription Amount: SGD 149,49 / month Description: Automatically charged after 48 hours following registration, then every month on the same date. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT). The applicable VAT is that of the customer’s country of residence in accordance with European rules on electronic services. 2.2 — Payment method Payments are made automatically to the bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or payment method saved at registration. The customer expressly authorizes Stopee to debit this payment method on the scheduled dates. 2.3 — Price changes Stopee reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be notified in writing by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The customer may cancel their subscription free of charge before the new pricing takes effect.


3. Renewal notifications

A registration confirmation email including a reminder of the date of the first charge at SGD 73,99

A reminder email 7 days before the end of the trial period, stating the exact date of the first charge and the cancellation procedure

A confirmation email after each monthly charge, including the associated invoice and a link to customer service


4. Subscription cancellation

4.1 — How to cancel The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, free of charge and with no minimum term, by any of the following means: From their customer area on https://stopee.com: "My subscription" section → "Cancel my subscription" button. Cancellation is processed immediately. By email to support@stopee.com stating the account email address By phone at [customer service number to be completed according to market] By Stopee digital registered mail (one free send for this purpose is available from the customer area) to the customer service of Stopee Solutions Limited (C114787). 4.2 — Effective date Cancellation takes effect immediately upon receipt. No further charges will be made after that date. Access to the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for. No pro rata refund will be made, except as provided in the Refund Policy. 4.3 — Cancellation confirmation Written confirmation by email is systematically sent to the customer within a maximum of 24 hours after cancellation, stating the effective date and end of access to the service.


5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from subscription, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer may use the withdrawal form available in their customer area, or notify their decision by any written means (email, post, Stopee digital registered mail). Exception: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent provisions in other EU countries, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed before the end of the 14-day period with the customer’s express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. This waiver is explicitly requested on each digital registered mail send during the trial period.


6. Consequences of non-payment

A further debit attempt within 3 days

An email notification inviting the customer to update their payment method

Temporary suspension of access to the service after 7 days of non-payment

Automatic cancellation of the subscription after 14 days of non-payment, without fees or penalties for the customer

No amount is owed beyond the last billed month.

8. Acceptance of these terms

Subscribing to a Stopee subscription constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Subscription Terms, which are reiterated before each payment and accepted by explicit checkbox. A copy of these terms is attached to the registration confirmation email, and remains available at any time from the customer area.
